Do you ship overseas?

Where Does Scentia ship from?
All Our products are shipped from Miami, FL by UPS and Fedex. Multiple express services are available to chose from at checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes. All our scents are IFRA and RIFM compliant, meaning they adhere to the highest safety standards in the industry. All scentia scents are Paraben-free, vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free and petroleum free. They are produced in accordance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Scentia's products adhere to the VOC guidelines set forth by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and are free of any carcinogens as defined by the National Toxicology Department (NTP), International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA).
What is Cold Air Diffusion System and how does it work?
Cold Air Diffusion is a waterless and heatless essential oil atomizing device that disperses an aroma into the air in a fine dry mist of nano-particles. This means the diffuser actively filters cold air from your space and then diffuses the oils into the air as an ultra-dry mist. Unlike heated or water-based diffusers, the result of our diffusion technology is a more powerful, pure fragrance. Dispersing scent with cold air is the safest and cleanest way to fill a room with an aroma. The reason behind this is that cold air does not dilute the scented oils, disperse other unneeded substances into the air, or leave a residue.
